In 2013, you could walk into my kitchen and find entire litters of puppies, brought up north on trucks from shelters in the south. Back then, as a foster home for North Star Lab Rescue, I knew I had to give these pups the best start at life. Thus began my training journey, and in 2023, I became certified after attending Karen Pryor Academy. Being a trainer is a lifelong learning commitment, and I'm always continuing my education and skills in order to provide science-backed, safe, and effective methodologies.
